Construction Completes at Two Manhattan West
General contractor, , has finally wrapped up construction at Two Manhattan West; a 58-story office tower, which comes as the final phase of the 6-building, 7-million square foot, Manhattan West complex, located just next to Hudson Yards.
Developed by and designed by , Two Manhattan West shares nearly identical architecture with its sister building, One Manhattan West, but at feet tall, stands a mere 61 feet shorter. The tower is no slouch however as it contains 1.9 million square feet of floor space.
Two Manhattan West boasts spacious floor plates, ranging from 35,000 to 38,000 square feet. Most of the floors have already been leased out, with some of the larger tenants, such as KPMG, Cravath, and D.E. Shaw Co, set to occupy 8-12 floors each.
The building also provides some desirable perks, such as direct access to 240,000 square feet of retail space in the Manhattan West complex and a highly convenient location, sitting right across the street from Penn Station's new, Moynihan Train Hall.
