Construction Continues for GMU Fuse at Mason Square
The Clark team at GMU Fuse at Mason Square has completed below-grade foundations and walls for the upcoming 345,000-square-foot hub for digital innovation on George Mason University's Arlington campus. The team recently finished level one concrete pours and expects to begin the interior concrete block next month. Fuse at Mason Square will house a mix of university R&D and related education programs, as well as corporate innovation labs, incubators, accelerators, and co-working facilities. Construction is estimated to be complete in December of 2025.
