Construction Financing Secured for Cambridge Affordable Housing Project
Just-A-Start has closed on a series of loans including a $47,575,000 construction loan through Santander Bank for 52 New Street in Cambridge. The mixed-use, Passive House-certified project is set to include 107 affordable housing units along with approximately 4,000 square feet of new retail/commercial space. An additional 2,000 square feet will be devoted to management offices, lobby space, and amenities for tenants, such as a fitness room and community room.
