Construction Has Topped Out at The Nolen in Downtown St. Petersburg
Contractor Ellison Companies has topped out construction at The Nolen. Located in the Northeast section of downtown St. Petersburg, The Nolen, a 23-story tower will feature 31 luxury condominium units and 1,260 square feet of ground level retail space. A parking garage, with space for 62 vehicles, will comprise the lowest three floors. Amenities on the fourth floor include a fitness center, club lounge, pool and spa, and outdoor terrace with fully equipped kitchen. The building on the site, the Bay Gables house, which has been operated as a bed & breakfast, was designated as a historic structure in 1994 and was relocated prior to construction.
