Construction Making Strides at Altura Bayshore
The exterior framing is complete, there is water in the pool as construction crews make progress at Altura Bayshore. The condominium community will have 73 units, 67 residences and 6 penthouses. All units will have east and west views of the bay and Bayshore Boulevard and come with private elevator access. Amenities, located on the 4th floor and the rooftop include a pool pickle-ball courts, bocce courts, synthetic turf putting green, half-court basketball, dog park with shade pavilion, a terrace with fire pit and social seating areas, large bar area with tables and bar stools, barbecue grill areas. Occupancy is slated for the first quarter of 2024.
