Construction Making Strides at Marlowe Gateway
Construction crews have made progress at Marlowe Gateway, the framing is complete, and the roofs have been installed on all of the apartment buildings and the clubhouse. The multi-family community will add 425 apartment units in Pinellas Park, 20% of the residential units will be workforce housing. The community will feature nine buildings, with 24-36 units per building. Community amenities include a clubhouse, two pools, two pavilions and four one-story multi-space parking garages. The apartment community is a component of a larger development by Greystar on the site which will also include 622,270-square-feet of industrial space spread out among five buildings.
