Construction Moving Forward at Apartment Community in Nocatee
Construction is moving along at Bainbridge Ponte Vedra Apartments at Nocatee, the pool deck is nearly complete, and the exterior is finished on some of the apartment buildings. The residential community will include 12 apartment buildings with 396 apartments total, along with a four-story parking garage. Amenities will include a swimming pool, a 24/7 fitness center, and various pet-friendly accommodations. The pet-friendly community is located in a walkable golf cart community just 30 minutes south of Jacksonville and 45 minutes north of historic St. Augustine.
