Construction Moving Forward at Aston Park Apartments in Davenport, Florida
Construction crews are making substantial progress at Aston Park Apartments, located in Davenport, Florida. The framing is complete on three of the apartment buildings and the clubhouse The 27.3-acre multifamily community will consist of (4) 4-story apartment buildings and (10) carriage homes, totaling 338 dwelling units. The project unit mix and building layout will consist of 508,809 sq. ft. – including an 11,000-square-foot clubhouse. Additional amenities include a pool, dog park, fire table and outdoor kitchen. Residents will enjoy a unique outdoor area with artificial turf, a community seating area, and a play sand area.
