Construction Moving Forward at Casa Marti
Construction crews are making progress at Casa Marti, located at the entrance to Tampa’s historic Ybor City, concrete has been poured and spikes have been installed at the base. Casa Marti, a mixed-use building located the corner of 7th Street and Nuccio Parkway, will feature 127 apartment units as well as 6,500 square feet of ground floor retail space. The four-story building will be adjacent to Casa Gomez, a new office building, and will offer amenities including a clubroom, pet washing station and interior courtyard.
