Construction Moving Forward at Highpoint Commerce Center
Construction crews are making at Highpoint Commerce Center, the exterior walls are up, the framing for the ceiling is in place. The 123,000-square foot Class A rear loading facility will feature 32-feet clear high, with 26 dock high doors, 2 ramp doors, approximately 1,500-square feet of office space and 17 off-dock trailer parks that will double as storage. The center will feature multiple access points and the space can be divided into tenant space of 40,720 - 122,160 square feet. Highpoint Commerce Center is located in Clearwater, seven minutes from the intersection of Ulmerton Road and I-275. Clearwater International Airport and Tampa International Airport are both within a 25-minute drive. Delivery is expected in Q4 2023.
