Construction Moving Forward at Lake Maggiore Apartments
The framing is complete on four buildings and the framing is in various stages of completion on seven other buildings at Lake Maggiore Apartments, a mixed-income apartment community in south St. Petersburg. The exterior block walls of the three of the four stories are up. The community will have 330 apartments, 66 workforce units, is located along 6th Avenue, just east of Lake Maggiore. The apartments will be contained in seven garden-style buildings and two townhome-style buildings. Community amenities include a clubhouse, pool and outdoor amenity area. Completion is expected in early 2024.
