Construction Moving Forward at Uptown Sky
Construction crews are making substantial progress at Uptown Sky, the exterior walls are up at the new workforce apartment community that is under construction in the University Area of Tampa. Blue Sky Communities is partnering with local non-profit, University Area Community Development Corporation, on the project located at 13603 12th Street at the corner of Fletcher. Uptown Sky will offer 61 two and three bedroom units in a four-story building. Amenities include a pool, playground, and a food truck area. Completion is expected in January 2023.
