Construction Moving Forward on One Main Plaza
Construction is progressing on One Main Plaza, a new mixed-use development in downtown Sarasota. Ground has been broken and some of the pillars have been installed. The project features two 10-story towers with approximately 55,000 square feet of ground floor retail space, divided equally between the two towers and 418 luxury apartments. The retail space will offer approximately 376 feet of frontage on Main Street and 630 feet of storefront facing Links Avenue and additional frontage on Fruitville Road. The new development is replacing the now demolished Main Plaza.
