Construction Nearing Completion at Manatee County Logistics Center
Manatee County Logistics Center is completing construction. Spaces from 30,000 to 190,000 SF with overflow trailer parking is available now. The center will be completed in phases. Buildings 100 and 200 are phase one which will be delivered in summer 2023. Phase two will consist of building 300, where the pad is nearly complete. Located in Bradenton, FL at the busy intersection of US301 and 44th Avenue, the industrial development is a 563,451 sq. ft., Class-A master planned logistics park. The three, dock-high, rear-load, buildings have been purposefully designed to provide optimal tenant flexibility and will provide leasing options for customers ranging in size from +30,000 to +190,000 square feet.
