The Motor Enclave Update 05/23/23

Construction Nearing the Finish Line at The Motor Enclave in Tampa

The Motor Enclave in Tampa is nearing completion. The Event Center received its HVAC units and the roof is complete, buildings 10, 11, 12 & 13 are getting windows installed with garage doors coming close behind. Buildings 15 & 16 have their roofs on and building 14 will have its steel installed soon. The off-road course will have its first Motorsports Club Member usage this week. The first 100 car condos are expected to be ready when the track opens, the rest should be complete in the third quarter 2023. All condo owners will be allowed to drive on the track when it opens in March. The Motor Enclave, featuring 240 “car condo” units, is under construction in eastern Tampa. As of January 2023, all but eight have been sold. The Motor Enclave also features a 1.6-mile, 32-foot-wide winding paved track where cars can drive as fast as 168 miles per hour on straightaways and four off-road courses spanning 100 acres. Located on 200 acres just north of I-4 alongside Tampa Executive Airport, The Motor Enclave is designed for car enthusiasts looking for a place to store cars and drive on a test track and off-road track.  In addition to the car storage and track, the development will include a 37,000 square foot event and hospitality center to be utilized for events related to cars and to appeal to a wider audience for corporate retreats and other events.
