Construction Permit Application Filed for Brickell Gateway Tower
A construction permit application has been filed for Brickell Gateway Tower, a mixed-use development in Brickell. The tower, which is planned to rise 761 feet, had previously received approval from the FAA. The development will include 504 residential units, ranging from 493 to 1,328 square feet, along with 18,287 square feet of retail, and 348 parking spaces. Rooftop amenities include a pool deck with covered terraces, grilling, and dining areas.
