Construction Progressing at East Tampa Commerce Center
The walls are up on Buildings 200 and 3000 at East Tampa Commerce Center and the slab for Building 100 is complete as construction moves along. The new Class A distribution center will include three warehouses ranging from 85,000 to 91,440 square feet. The new center will be adjacent to the Palm River Center industrial area, which includes a building acquired by Graham & Company along with the parcel of land for the new development. The location, just off US 301, is convenient to I-4, I-75 and the Selmon Expressway.
