Construction Progressing at Livano at Sunlake in Lutz, Florida
The ground has been cleared and the slab was poured for one of the buildings at Livano Sunlake, a new multifamily community in Pasco County, the fastest growing suburb to Tampa, Florida. This Class-A project will consist of 234 apartment units in a single, 4-story mixed-use building that will also feature an integrated clubhouse with leasing offices, fitness center, coffee shop, coworking space, and a standalone pet center. The project is located along the busy SR-54 corridor and is less than 10 minutes to the Suncoast Parkway toll road, which provides direct access within 30 minutes to the Tampa International Airport and the Westshore Business District. The community will be available to residents in the second quarter of 2025. The address will be 20114 Stella Way, Lutz, FL 33558
