Construction Progressing at Manor West River
Construction moving along at Manor West River, the lower floors are partially up. The community will offer 360 apartment units in an eight-story building just north and west of downtown Tampa, that will feature a rooftop pool deck with views of the Hillsborough River. The apartment community is part of a larger development in the West River district that spans 200 acres and will include 1,636 mixed-income residential units and more than 177,000 square feet of commercial space. Construction of Manor West River is expected to begin prior to the end of 2022.
