Construction Progressing at Mixed-Use Development in Hallandale Beach
Construction is showing progress, a crane is on site and the slab is down on one of the buildings at Oasis Hallandale, a large scale, mixed-use development in Hallandale Beach, Florida. The development is rising on a 10-acre lot located with close proximity to the beaches and nearby landmarks such as Gulfstream Park Racing and Casino and the renowned Aventura Mall. Two 25-story residential towers are in alignment forming a gateway offering ocean views and each tower containing 250 residential units typically 1,843 square feet. The development includes five commercial buildings — with a total of 56,739 square feet of retail and restaurant space, 17,709 square feet of office space and 1,481 parking spaces. Amenities include indoor and outdoor movie theaters, a 21,000- square foot indoor gym, ping-pong room, pool deck and 24-hour lobby attendants.
