Construction Progressing at Mixed-Use Towers in Tampa Heights
Construction crews are on site and clearing the ground at Tampa Heights. The project is a new mixed-use project in Tampa Heights that would add 320 apartment units. Located along Florida Avenue, just north of downtown Tampa, the seven-story building would also offer 11,000 square feet of retail space. The apartments would be a mix of studio, one, two and three-bedrooms. A parking garage would include 593 parking spaces and a rooftop pool.
