Construction Progressing at New Multipurpose Building at The University of Tampa

 

 

Construction crews are making progress at the new building under construction on the University of Tampa campus. The frame of the lower floors is complete on the multipurpose building that will include a residence hall for more than 600 students, parking for approximately 440 vehicles and academic and student support, including approximately 37 faculty offices, a faculty lounge, five classrooms, study rooms, a study lounge for veterans and functional spaces for the Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, UT’s Institute for Sales Excellence and the International Programs Office. Estimated to be more than 460,000 square feet, the building is set to be the largest building on campus. Completion is expected in Fall 2024.
