Construction Progressing at One West Palm
The windows have been installed and crews are working on the interior at One West Palm, a mixed-use property in West Palm Beach. The project includes two 30-story, 426 tall towers. Totaling 826,500 square feet, the complex will feature 326 luxury apartments, 200,000 square feet of office space, and a 201-room hotel. The plans also call for a 7-story parking complex with valet. Amenities include an indoor swimming pool, tennis courts, a fitness center, and a rooftop skydeck.
