Construction Set to Begin for The Harvard Enterprise Research Campus

A series of permits have been pulled to begin construction on The Harvard Enterprise Research Campus in Allston.  Harvard has worked closely with Tishman Speyer since 2019 on the development that will transform an industrial rail yard into a green, pedestrian-friendly campus. In total, Phase A of the project will include 900,000 square feet of mixed-use development that includes residential areas, office and lab space, a hotel, a conference center, and restaurant/retail

The permits include construction at 60 Western Ave. a 440,000-square-foot lab development valued at $263M. This portion of the project will include 2 connected towers with retail and cafe space along with a daycare.

30-40 Western Ave will be a 250-room full-service hotel with a rooftop restaurant and bar along with meeting and amenity space on the 6th floor. This permit was valued at $78,425,284.00

50 Western Ave., with an estimated construction cost of $157,660,470, is set to include 2 towers, the tallest 17 stories with 345 residential units total and 4 ground-floor retail/restaurant spaces. Plans also include 180 parking spaces and several resident amenity areas.
