Construction Set to Kick off for Beltway Plaza Redevelopment
Harkins is preparing to begin construction on the first phase of the Beltway Plaza redevelopment in late January with the firm currently reviewing subcontractor bids. The first phase of the project calls for a 315-unit multifamily building and a 476-space precast parking garage. Plans for the redevelopment of the 54-acre Beltway Plaza Mall site call for up to 2,500 residential units and 700,000 square feet of reconfigured commercial space.
