Construction Tops Off at Wynhouse Miami
We are incredibly excited to announce the Topping Off of Wynhouse Miami, a mixed-use multifamily development in the heart of Miami’s Wynwood neighborhood. This important construction milestone, completed by national contractor Suffolk, brings the project one step closer to opening its doors in Q1 2025. Wynhouse Miami is the most exciting project yet in Fisher Brothers’ House brand, which will bring a unique character designed to match and enhance the existing culture, history and energy of Wynwood. We look forward to the next phase of bringing Wynhouse Miami to life! Wynhouse is planned to rise 8 stories and include 308 residential units, 24,114 square feet of ground floor commercial space, and 122 parking spaces.
