Construction Underway at Logistics Park in Jacksonville
Construction crews have broken ground at a new logistics park in Jacksonville. Airport 295 Logistics Park features up to 499,000 square feet of leasable space on a 42-acre site. The industrial park will consist of three new warehouses: Building 100, a 32-foot clear height building will offer 138,000 square feet; Building 200, a 32-foot clear height building will be 114,000 square feet; and Building 300, a 36-foot clear height building will contain 247,000 square feet of space. The park will include trailer parking and auto parking spaces. The location, with visibility from I-295, is in close proximity to Jacksonville International Airport. Delivery is expected in Q3 2024.
