Construction Underway for Meritus Commons
Morgan-Keller recently began construction of Meritus Commons, a new student housing facility in Hagerstown, MD. The project will provide the housing for the proposed Meritus School of Osteopathic Medicine, which is scheduled to welcome its first class in the fall of 2025. The project includes the construction of three, four-story graduate housing buildings with a total of 182 units.
The project will include a state-of-the-art community building including a fitness center; media library; lounge; and outdoor courtyard with grill stations, firepits, and sport courts. The project will have tuck-under garages available for students, as well as ample surface parking.
