Construction Update: 400 West Broadway
Boston Pinnacle Properties is making headway on their largest construction endeavor to date at 400 West Broadway in South Boston. The utility subcontractor is poised to finalize the utility taps and stubs by the end of the week ensuring a seamlessly integrated utility setup. Simultaneously, framing for the basement, second, and third floors is nearing completion bolstered by the arrival of essential materials. The firm expects wood framing to be fully complete by the end of October. The installation of ground floor framing clips further cements the progress. The plumbing subcontractor recently mobilized and is now working toward the 2nd floor layout. On the electrical front temp. power panels stand ready for integration with Eversource.
