Construction Update: Barnaby & 7th
The upcoming mixed-income housing project, Barbaby & 7th, is beginning to go vertical. The joint venture between Gilbane Development Company and MED Developers, Equity Plus Managers LLC, and Housing Help Development LLC will offer spacious and comfortable apartments for low-income households, with amenities like parking, laundry, and community spaces. Phase 1. The Edmonson is scheduled to be completed in April 2025.
