Construction Update: Commonwealth Pier
The revitalized Commonwealth Pier is taking shape along the waterfront the Boston's Seaport. The project will create 163,500 square feet of outdoor public space, including a new plaza and an enhanced Harborwalk and will also offer 45,000 square feet of retail including new streetfront shopping and dining in the iconic Headhouse. Construction is expected to last into 2024.
