Construction Update: Cotton Annex Redevelopment
Work is progressing for the redevelopment of the vacant 120,000 square foot Cotton Annex property with facade and window install now underway. The project is set to include 564 residential units and around 1,300 square feet of retail with a 93-space below-grade parking garage. Most of the existing structure will remain and an addition would be added with a max height of 139 feet.
