Construction Wraps Up at 1818 Prospect Avenue
Developer, , and the company's general contracting subsidiary, City Wide Builders, have finished constructing a 7-story, residential building, at 1818 Prospect Avenue in the Crotona Park East neighborhood of the Bronx.
The building contains rental apartments, including 5 units that are reserved for affordable housing. It also features a cellar level, and an enclosed parking garage, with enough room for vehicles.
Designed by , the structure stands feet tall and totals square feet. A lottery for the 5-affordable housing units is currently live on the NYC Housing Connect website, and applications are due no later than August 1st, 2023.
