Permits Filed for 8-Story Residential Building in Pelham Bay
Permits have just been filed for an 8-story, residential development at 2135 Colonial Avenue in the Bronx's Pelham Bay neighborhood. Developed by , the building would contain rental apartments and 169 square feet of community facility space. Plans also call for a cellar and an enclosed parking garage with enough room for vehicles. Designed by , the structure would stand feet tall and total square feet. An existing 2-story multi-family building would have to be demolished in order to make way for the new development.
