Permits Filed for 13-Story Mixed-Use Building in Highbridge
Permits have just been filed for a 13-story, mixed-use development at 978 Summit Avenue in the Bronx's Highbridge neighborhood. Developed by , the building would contain residential units and square feet of commercial space. This would likely come in the form of ground-floor retail. Plans also call for 2,817 square feet of community facility space, and an enclosed parking garage with enough room for vehicles. Designed by , the building would stand feet tall and total square feet. An existing 4-story structure would have to be demolished in order to make way for the new development.
