Construction Wraps Up on 341 Commonwealth Ave
A certificate of occupancy has been issued to 341 Commonwealth Avenue in Back Bay as construction comes to a close on the project. Development called for a reconfiguration of all unit layouts along with the installation of a new convenience elevator and upgraded MEP's. Named "The Garland", this historic building was originally built in 1899.
