Construction Wraps Up on Sedna Beverly, Leasing Commences

The Procopio Companies today announced it has completed construction on the second building (Building B) at its Sedna property in Beverly, MA. Sedna’s Building A opened to residents in October 2020.

Sedna Beverly is a multi-family, transit-oriented development located on a 3.78-acre waterfront site at 10-16 Congress Street with access to an oceanfront park with 1,500 feet of boardwalk and 1,200 feet of new sea wall.
