That small construction firm that Joe founded nearly 70 years ago was based on family values, a strong work ethic, and local clients. The land, just under 1 acre, is located at 40 Central Square & 510 Washington St. and currently features a series of office & retail buildings. Construction continues at Caldwell Lynn, along Munroe Street in the heart Lynn's downtown. Site and foundation work have kicked off for Sedna Beverly. The waterfront project will feature a total of 62 apartments between 2 new construction buildings. Along with parking for 87 cars the development will also include a public waterfront park and 1,500 feet of boardwalk. First units are expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2020. When asked about the name Sedna, the development team at Procopio tells BLDUP, "Sedna is a sea princess from Inuit mythology. We liked it, considering the oceanfront location, and it seemed fitting."

Beverly Development Receives $14.82 Million in Financing
The project at 10 Congress Street in Beverly, MA has received $14,821,737 in financing via Bank of New England.
The property was purchased in April 2019 by Procopio Construction Company for $3.5 million. The site is a 3.78-acre transit-oriented, waterfront development adjacent to the Beverly-Salem Bridge. The development will feature 62 market-rate apartments ranging from the low to mid $2,000 price range.
Procopio Construction Company is aiming to have units move-in ready by the fall of 2020.
