Conversion of Sheraton Tysons to 500+ Multifamily Approved
The Fairfax County Board of Supervisors has approved plans for the conversion of the vacant Sheraton Tysons hotel to multifamily residential. The repurposed building is set to feature 544 residential units with a high percentage being studio apartments. JBG Smith also won approval for adjustments to additional buildings in the Tysons West project. The size of Building C has been reduced from 400 to 265 units which will allow the developer to maintain the existing underground garage.
