Core in Place for Fort Point Life Science Project
The concrete core is in place for 15 Necco in Fort Point. The upcoming highly sustainable amenity-rich office/laboratory development will be home to Lilly's new state-of-the-art Institute for Genetic Medicine. The building, which is targeting LEED Gold Core & Shell, Fitwel, WELL, and WiredScore Platinum certifications, is expected to deliver in late 2023.
