Curio Collection Hotel Coming to Armature Works in NoMa
Trammell Crow & JV partner MetLife Investment Management have signed a deal with Hilton Worldwide to bring a Curio Collection hotel to the Armature Works project in NoMa. The 203 key hotel will be dubbed The Morrow at Central Armature Works and is expected to open in Q2 of 2022. The mixed-use project, which topped out earlier this month will also include over 600 apartments and around 60,000 square feet of retail/restaurant space.
