Dana Farber Acquires University Station Site for $8.5M
New England Development has sold Lot M at 100 University Avenue within University Station in Westwood to Dana Farber for $8,500,000. The originally approved Master Plan for the development permits up to 325,000 square feet of medical/office space on the lot. The acquisition transfers development rights to Dana Farber to build up to 70,000 square feet of medical/office space.
