Davis Companies Acquires 405K SF Kendall Square Office Complex, Secures $491M Loan
The Davis Companies has purchased One Charles Park and One Rogers Park in Kendall Square in Cambridge and secured $490,759,805 in financing from Blackstone for acquisition and conversion. Davis Companies plans to convert the 405,000 SF office complex into Class-A lab and R&D space for multi-tenants after Pegasystems vacated 203,000 SF of space beginning in March.
