Davis Companies Chosen to Co-Develop Approved Watertown Lab
Boston Development Group has chosen The Davis Companies as co-developer for the first phase of development of 66 Galen Street in Watertown. Plans call for a two-phase development of 450,000 SF of Class A Office/ R&D lab space across 5 floors.
Construction is expected to break ground in May.
