Deloitte Leases 138K SF at Winthrop Center
MP Boston has announced Deloitte has signed a lease for 138,000 square feet of office space at Winthrop Center, bringing the office portion of the development to 60% leased. The Passive House office has been designed to achieve previously unattainable levels of occupant wellness, connectivity, and sustainability. Deloitte is expected to move into the space in the Fall of 2024. The tower also features 317 luxurious, smart residences.
