Demo Complete Ahead of Mixed-Use Fairfax Project
Ox Hill Companies has completed the demolition of 10501 and 10515 Main Street in Fairfax marking the beginning of their City Centre West project. Plans for the site call for a mixed-use development to feature retail/restaurant space, medical offices, a bank, and 79 luxury condos. This pivotal milestone not only celebrates the clearing of the long-idled land, formerly occupied by the tragically burned down restaurant since 2020 but also marks the rebirth and activation of the community Ox Hill Companies serve.
