Demo Underway for 275K SF Office Building at Pike & Rose
Goldin & Stafford has begun demolition and excavation for the next building within the Pike & Rose development, 915 Meeting Street. The upcoming 276,000 SF building will feature 10,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and 255,000 square feet of trophy office space. The base building is set to be complete in Q4 of 2023.
