Demo Wrapping Up for Courthouse Square Project
The Goldin & Stafford team is wrapping up the final stages of demo at the Courthouse Landmark block as they sort and haul demolition debris, and open up for tiebacks on the site. The upcoming 20-story residential building will feature 423 residential units with ground-floor retail and amenities such as an outdoor pool, fitness center, rooftop observation deck, and pedestrian plaza.
