Demolition Begins on Approved Riverside Business Park in Braintree
has secured a demolition permit for two existing office structures and a batch plant at 71 Adams Street in Braintree as demolition kicks off on the approved redevelopment project. has won approval for a SF mixed-use development at a parcel of land along the Monatiquot River in Braintree. The development will feature 3 new industrial/warehouse and office buildings and the reuse of an existing warehouse.
