Demolition Complete at Site of Mixed-Use Development Planned in Tampa’s NoHo District
The buildings that were on the site of The Project, a new mixed-use in Tampa’s North Howard, NoHo, District have been demolished. The Project will consist of a combination of commercial uses such as retail, office and restaurants. No residential properties are included in the plans. An existing building that is 13,368-square feet will be renovated and three new buildings totaling 24,636 square feet are proposed. The development will be spread across five parcels of land, totaling 1.75 acres, that were acquired by the developer.
